ZenOnco.io is the World's First Integrative Oncology cancer care healthtech platform. We provide end-to-end care to cancer patients regarding both medical as well as complementary treatment to improve their quality of life and increase chances of cure.

We educate patients, help them design their treatment roadmap, standardize service providers, facilitate treatment for last-mile service delivery, connect with other survivors, and do regular follow-ups. We are leveraging technology to do this in a scalable manner. We have also launched India’s first Mobile App dedicated towards Integrative Oncology for cancer patients & caregivers where they can connect with cancer experts, join wellness programs, track activities, store medical records, and a lot more.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff, who will report to CEO, and shall focus on planning, project management, communication, and operational execution of strategies. The Chief of Staff shall wear many hats, with multi-functional responsibilities.

Role responsibilities:

• Attending senior leadership discussions, preparing notes with actionable steps, and converting into projects and tasks for the team.
• Coordinating & following-up with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within pre-agreed timelines.
• Setting up processes / SOPs for smooth functioning of the organization, and ensuring that the organization becomes process-oriented, and not person-dependant.
• Providing regular updates to relevant teams so that any corrective actions can be taken timely.
• Designing dashboards to track team’s progress, drawing meaningful insights from it & taking actions to improve processes based on insights.
• Assist CEO in any important internal and external events and engagements.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in business management or operations role – start-up experience preferred.
• Expert leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
• Hands-on with excel, powerpoint, and planning tools like Asana.
• Good understanding of operations of different departments like product development, finance, marketing, HR, customer support.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
