Job Description - Business Analyst

 We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Classic ML, to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should excel in interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Data Analysis: Use SQL to query and analyze large datasets and Python to perform advanced data manipulations.
• Cloud Analytics: Utilize GCP services (BigQuery, Looker, etc.) to access and analyze cloud-based data efficiently.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards and reports to present insights using tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Model Development: Build and deploy machine learning models using Python and classic ML algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear and actionable insights through presentations and reports tailored to different audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend data-driven improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Experience working with GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in classic ML algorithms and frameworks
