Job Description - Techno- Functional Consultant (60% functional and 40% technical)

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
• Configure and customize the Fusion Financials solution to meet the client's needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Conduct testing and training for end-users.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the system is running smoothly.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration with other systems.
• Must have experience in budget configurations and multiple scenarios handling.
• Assist in account reconciliation, period closing and VAT returns submission.
• Assist in Building integration with third party applications.
• Good hands on for Workflow configuration
• Should be able to develop OTBI Reports and resolve data related issues.
• Fusion Procurement implementation experience is a plus.
• EPM experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• MBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA, BS computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
• Minimum two end to end implementations experience.
