Job Description

• Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects.
• At least 2 to 3 End to End implementation.

• To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects.

• Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits).

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

• Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.

• Hands-on experience in Fusion cloud Payroll module, Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts.
