SAP PP/QM

Job Description

•         Must have hands on SAP Process Manufacturing, SAP Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, SOP, LTP, MPS and Capacity planning experience. Exposure to IDOC and EDI.

•         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Experience in Support projects, awareness of ITIL process will be added advantage.

•         Experience in support projects and 2 end to end implementation project is desire.

•         Expertise in handling PP master data items like Material Masters, BoM, Work centers/resources, routings/recipes

•         Working knowledge in configuring production orders / process orders, MTS & MTO scenario

•         Exposure to variant configuration is an added advantage Integration expertise with other SAP module like CO for product costing, MM, SD, PM is a must Integration experience with third party systems is good to have Industries worked manufacturing like Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals etc. is desired

•         SAP PP/QM Functional Expert serves as a subject matter expert for the business in the area of SAP ERP Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM) and its business processes (Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, SOP, LTP, MPS, Inspection Lots, and Capacity Planning etc)

•         He/ She is accountable for the solution design and configuration of new business process solutions, continuous improvements and for the on-going operational support of these business process solutions

•         He/ She is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP PP/QM module and direct configuration that is needed

•         Prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases Support client during UAT and month end closing Engaging business stakeholders to understand and analyze business issues, goals and requirements

•         He/ She will gather requirement, design, configure, test, and implement changes
