We need to focus on the talent while doing recruitment – it does not depend on knowledge only, as we know in any organization we give training to every one before one handle the core job. Sometimes we miss the interesting part is wish.
How, we hit the right resource….for an example we must be aware about the habits and the daily routine of candidate which may play a role for the judgment of the candidate’s nature to handle the work and its environment. The inside out of candidate must not be judgmental in nature. It should be explored thoroughly.
The in-house training department plays the crucial role to develop the right human resource; therefore training must be very lively and dynamic. The content of training module should give impetus to trainee for the better future.
